Country Coordinator Germany

We are looking for an experienced leader in horticulture and operational management for a hybrid Country Manager role in Germany. This full-time position involves travel and work-from-home flexibility. You will lead teams maintaining war cemeteries and memorials, ensuring lasting tributes. The role requires a passion for heritage, driving impact, and implementing innovative operational processes and projects

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Horticulture, Green Space Management, or a related technical operational field.
• Significant operational experience in these areas.
• Proven experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve high-impact project and operational results, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to oversee operations, engage stakeholders, and ensure project delivery across multiple designated sites.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English. Proficiency in an additional Central or Southern European language is a plus.
• Experience working with organizational policies, standards, and practices in multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with climate impact or biodiversity projects (advantageous).
